붕어빵 Bungeoppang is a Korean pastry made from semi-liquid mixture of flours combined with milk, egg and water, poured up into a fish-shapped mold. Red bean paste is added after that, and the mold is then closed and roasted.
It looks similar with waffle, and it is usually sold by the street vendor during the winter time. Bungeoppang sometimes filled with ice cream together with red bean paste (sold by retailer as an ice cream). I’ve tried it and it tasted good ^^ I called it “The Fish Ice Cream” ^^.
